We’re happy to welcome you and your pet to our practice. From the moment you walk through our door, you’ll experience the kind of care that’s made us a trusted part of the New Lenox community for more than two decades.

What Happens During Your Visit

You’ll meet our veterinarians and our certified veterinary technician, who works alongside the doctor in the exam room with you and your pet. We’re an outgoing, friendly team that takes time to really get to know your companion and understand what they need.

Personalized Care

We don’t rush appointments. We listen. We ask questions. We work with you to figure out the best approach for your pet’s health and wellbeing. If we need to follow up after your visit, we’ll call you back as soon as we can.

We want this to be the best veterinary experience you’ve had. We want you to feel heard, supported and confident that your pet is in caring hands. Because your pets are like our own.

Before You Come

Please bring or send your pet’s medical records and bring a fecal sample to your appointment if possible.

Services We Don’t Provide

So you can plan accordingly, we want to be clear that we don’t offer:

  • Boarding
  • Ear cropping
  • Tail docking
  • Declawing
