Hickory Creek Animal Hospital is amazing. I recently had moved to the area, and shortly after my dogs health started to decline rapidly. I was frantic trying to find a vet that could help, and I hit the jackpot with Dr. Elizabeth. Firstly, the front desk staff was so kind. They listened as I tried to explain my situation, and were determined to work with me to get an appointment. They called multiple times (even though I hadn’t even been there yet) to check on the status of my dog. When I did get into the appointment, Dr. Elizabeth and the vet tech staff were so patient and helpful with my dog and I. You could tell they truly care about your pet. Unfortunately, I had to euthanize my dog of 16 years, and even though it was so hard, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do it. They took their time and explained the whole process, gave me the time I needed with her, and even brought her a “last meal” of whip cream and cheese. It was a very peaceful experience because of the time Dr. Elizabeth and her staff took with us. When I get another dog, I will be for sure bringing them to this vet office. I am so grateful I found them during such a difficult time.

What an absolute gem of a vet office from the girls up front to the vet himself. I just took one of my dogs here for her first visit with Dr Walter. The amount of care and compassion this entire team showed was unreal. Everyone is so kind and they spend so much quality time with you and your dog. They literally spoil your dog and they are so thorough. I am actually quite stunned at what a wonderful experience we had. If all businesses operated like this, the world would be a better place. I couldn’t make an appointment for our other dog fast enough. Thank you Hickory Creek Animal Hospital for going above and beyond
